Yoga for Children in Refugee Camps - IMove Foundation
Dedicated to Palestine and Syrian school kids at Sabra Shatila refugee camp, this program offers weekly sessions in yoga for kids of various ages (ranging from age 3 to age 13). Practices support recovery from trauma, improving a child's connection to his/her senses and motor ability, capacity to focus, awareness of boundaries, natural joy and inner strength.

Yoga for Social Workers & Refugees - Tools for Inner Peace
Dedicated to training social workers and refugees on how to use simple yoga practices to manage their lives better, this program offers trauma-informed education on yoga to those who need it most, and is active in Beirut, the Bekaa and in Tripoli.

Triple the Impact - Help us spread yoga in Lebanon's disadvantaged communities
A scholarship project offering a year-long training yoga to young adults from under-supported communities in conflict zones and refugee camps in Lebanon who are eager and dedicated to giving back to their own communities.
Art & Social Therapy - ClownMeIN
Combining wellbeing and self-development practices with theatre, creative expression, art and social therapy, using fun ice-breaker games that help people connect with each other and with their own selves. 'CATCH - Creative Arts for Change' was active in communities across Lebanon between 2017 and 2019. 'CAPE - Creative Arts For Peace and Equality' is active since 2019 and continuing despite the immense challenges in Lebanon since the revolution in October 2019 and since the blast in August 2020, while also adapting to be accessible online during the pandemic lockdowns.

2018- Co-facilitating yoga practices for the visually impaired, a 2-week summer camp in collaboration with Empowerment Through Integration.
2017 - Translating Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction 8-week training for social workers in psycho-social support and child education part of the IMove Foundation, based in the Netherlands.
2017 - Teaching classes for refugee Syrian teenagers living in Tripoli, weekly for a 3-month period, in collaboration with Lamsat Ward for Psycho-social Support & Development.
2017 - Offering yoga for women's health part of the BeFriend Me program for refugee families - Shams Network, Lebanon.
2015 - Translator for social-integration workshops bringing together teenagers amongst host communities and refugee communities part of Karama Human Rights Film Festival.
